If your scanner won't wake up or turn on when the probes are touched, your battery may be low. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Plug the provided USB-C charging cable into the Besanna Scanner and plug the other end into a USB power adapter. The green lights on your scanner should illuminate showing that power is being provided to the scanner.
- Leave the scanner plugged in to the charger for a minimum of 30 minutes to fully charge the battery.
Once your scanner is fully charged, remove the USB-C charging cable and your scanner should illuminate green showing that it's ready to scan.
